Our story
Queer Voices began in Worcester as a space for queer-led poetry open mics. Over time, it has grown into In Queer Company, a multifaceted organisation with the intention of offering a variety of creative outlets and platforms for the queer community. Every thing that is sold at This is Queer and Queer As Fashion goes back into supporting Write Here Queer. We are dedicated to fostering safe, inclusive spaces where queer voices can be heard, celebrated, and amplified. Our unique selling point is that we are queer led. Here for the community, by the community.
Our strands
In Queer Company is made up of Write Here Queer, Queer As Fashion, and This is Queer. We aim to create a synergistic ecosystem where poetry, fashion, and open expression intersect. Each strand has a unique focus but all share the core values of Queer Voices and our commitment to supporting and uplifting the queer community.
